DESCRIPTION: DS, one page, dated December 23, 1940, signed "A. Rosenberg" in fountain pen at conclusion. Document issued by Rosenberg as "The Deputy of the Fuhrer for the supervision of the total spirtual and ideological training towards the NSDAP point of view", informing staff that DRK-Field Operative Kurt von Behr is given permission to wear the official uniform of a Chief Deputy in the Western territories. Rosenburg was a German racial "philosopher". Includes COA from R&R Enterprises Autograph Auctions. MEASUREMENTS: 7-3/4" x 11". CONDITION: Document folds, several small professional repairs on reverse.
