DESCRIPTION: DS, one page, dated June 24, 1943 and signed in green pencil by Georgi Malenkov, untranslated document in Russian. He was the Soviet official who served as minister of electric power stations and was twice deputy premier. Includes COAs from R&R Enterprises Autograph Auctions. MEASUREMENTS: 9" x 7". CONDITION: Official stamps and notations, small hold at intersection of folds and light overall wrinkling.
