DESCRIPTION: DS, one page both sides, dated December 2, 1942, signed "A. Mikoyan", war dated document in Russian. A list of about eighteen types of material, including nails and tires, needed by both national industries and the NKVD alone, signed across top in blue pencil "Agreed, A. Mikoyan 9/X". Mikoyan was a highly influential Russian statesman who dominated the supervision of foreign and domestic trade during the Stalin and Kruschev administrations. Includes COA from R&R Enterprises Autograph Auctions. MEASUREMENTS: 8-1/2" x 12". CONDITION: Several punch holes to left edge, other official notations and stamples, a couple small creases.
