Lot of (7) Misc U.S. Pro Japan Tour Autographed Base

Lot of (7) Misc U.S. Pro Japan Tour Autographed Baseballs, incl. 1931 Tour, 1934 Tour, Moe Berg and DiMaggio/O'Doul
This group represents nearly every major American pro baseball tour to Mr. Fujita's homeland, spanning from 1928 to 1954. Includes; 1931 U.S Tour; 1) a team signed Mizuno University League ball with 18 signatures including Hall of Famers Cochrane, Grove, Frisch, Simmons, Gehrig (secretarial), G. Kelly, Maranville, Fred Lieb (writer), and more. 2) Bob Shawkey single signed on Mizuno University League ball. 3) Ed Quigley (umpire) single signed on Mizuno University League ball. 4) Official NL (Heydler) ball signed by Moe Berg (isolated on side panel), Frank O'Doul, Herb Hunter and Ted Lyons. 1934 U.S Tour; partial team signed Mizuno University League ball (in box) including Mack, Warren, J.A. Hillerich, O'Doul, Ebling, Schroeder, and three Japanese signatures including T. Matsumoto. Also included is a 1920's Victor brand Match League Ball single signed by Fred Hoffman with his notation "Boston 'Red Sox'" and a 1920's Victor brand Match League Ball inscribed on one side panel to Mr. Fujita from Herb Hunter dated "Nov. 18th, 1928." A second panel was later inscribed to Mr. Fujita by Lefty O'Doul and dated "2/21/54." The sweet spot was signed by Joe DiMaggio and dated "2/21/54." Most of these balls are well cared for with limited handling wear and very legible signatures. LOAs from PSA/DNA and JSA.
