1934 Japanese All Nippon Team Signed Ball and Scorecard
This Kajimaya International Official University League baseball has been autographed by approximately 23 members of the 1934 All Nippon Japanese baseball team including Japanese star Jimmy Horio (in English). The signatures average 7/10 with Horio rating 6-7/10. The ball shows moderate soiling, indicative of game use, but presents well. The accompanying scorecard features images of all of the US players on front, and Japanese advertising on the back. The interior scoring grid is unmarked. The names of the Americans are written on the front in an unknown hand and the program is glued to an album page at the hinge. GD-VG condition. The ball was originally obtained by "Doc" Ebling, trainer of the U.S. tour team and is accompanied by a letter of provenance from the Ebling family. Additional LOAs from PSA/DNA and JSA.
