Enameled Oil Lamp, 19th c.
the milky white molded globe decorated with graduate soft pink hue on the top and bottom of the globe, over a molded milky white standard with transfer decorated and hand enameled sprig of roses shades of red and green, fitted with a metal oil well and raised on a cast and pierced brass base with floral and scrolling plumage, chimney acid etched "Whit Star, Fine Flint". 24" h, 9 14" d. overall of globe, 3" d opening to globe.
Condition: Globe married to base, fitted with electricity, needs rewiring, lacking metal rim for top of globe.
