the elegant late 19th century urn with a domed lid and spherical knop decorated with gilt highlights and delicate white enameled garland, over a baluster form, the rim enameled with a repeated teardrop and scalloped gilt border, the shoulder is enameled in a stylized floral pattern, the body is finely decorated with two allegorical subjects and flanked by applied black glass handles with incised and gilt foliate work, raised on a stepped base similarly enameled and supported by a black glass plinth, engraved and gilt design centered on each side. 23 1/4" h,
Condition: Great, minor rubbing to some gilt decoration. by triangular stretcher bases. 24 1/4" h.
Condition: Good, candle light covers slightly discolored, lacking one pull chain, loss to one pull chain, cords not original.
