Reputed by owner, who previously worked at the David Andersen premises, to have been commissioned using a family gem, by David Andersen. The condition of this lot is good, with surface scratches and significant discolouration to the silver in keeping with age and wear. Light scratches to the surface of the smoky quartz, there is also a chip to the top of the gem measuring approx 1mm across and a shallow surface crack measuring approx 2mm in length.
