Referencing Greek mythological motifs so popular in the late nineteenth century, this Victorian set of eighteen karat yellow gold cufflinks feature a snake in the shape of a stylized infinity symbol. The head of each snake is bead set with an old European cut diamond which average 0.10 carats each. The snakes, symbolizing wisdom, connect to a three dimensional, navette shaped toggle via a three link chain. These stylish cufflinks measure 1 1/4 inches in length and are in good condition with minor use wear.
