Unusual Rookwood test colors vellum glaze vase by Carl Schmidt. The vase has 120 small panels of various glaze colors and two large green panels. Dated 1912. Shape #1873. Marked "V" for vellum and artist's monogram is incised. Crazing and light peppering in spots; otherwise, nice condition. 5 3/8" h. EST. $800. - $1200.
