Paul Ashbrook (Cincinnati, Ohio, 1867-1949) block etching of a man having a toast. Signed in block "Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ashbrook, 1921". Paul Ashbrook was born in New York and attended the Art Students League as a student of William Merrit Chase. He started his career in New York as an illustrator. He moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, where he was a leading figure in the art circle. He was a painter, etcher and illustrator. Fine condition. Etching 9" x 6". EST. $40. - $80.
