Chinese Teak & Marble Table, 19thc.
The square top with a beaded edge and inset with a conforming rouge marble plaque over a pierced frieze of blossoming dogwood branches, raised on cabriole legs headed by grotesque masks and ending in claw and ball feet, joined by a box stretchers. 17 3/4" h, 16 1/2" w, 16 1/2" d.
Condition: Crack in marble veining, repair to one stretcher, expected shrinkage, small hairline crack to one foot.
