Edwardian Painted Pembroke Table
Circa 1900, the mahogany case embellished with swags of roses and scrolling foliage, the top centered by a floral bouquet, flanked by two "D" shaped ends, over a pair of short frieze drawers, similarly decorated, raised on saber legs ending in brass caps in the form of paw and joined by a turned stretcher. 26"H x 55 1/2"W x 24"D.
Condition: repairs to hinges, leaves do not close flush, hairline to top, loss to veneer, veneer lifting and cracking on supports, leg stabilized by metal brace.
