Depicting a bust of the Virgin Mary and of Jesus, each carved from alabaster with contemplative expressions, raised over circular bases, the verso with inscribed signature G. Masconi (sp?) and monogram.8"H.
Condition:light wear to Jesus figure, base with deep veining or possibly an inclusion; Mary figure with flakes and small chips to head, particularly the brow, nose, cheek, and shoulders, also bust looses from base.
