twelve matching dessert plates retailed through Cowell and Hubbard, circa 1900, each scalloped plate centered by a polychrome enameled bouquet with a similarly enameled floral border, trimmed in gold, reverse stamped "The, Cowell, & Hubbard, Co, Cleveland." 7 5/8" d.
Condition: 10 good, two with small rim chip
