Hispano-Philippine Ivory Mask Santos
The stunning figure of the Immaculate Conception painted in red, blue, and cream, surmounted by an ivory mask with incised forehead for wig and pierced ears for ornaments, raised on a base with three large angles over a square foot. Hardwood. Albay Province. 18 3/4" h. Condition: Lacking hair, lacking earrings lacking left hand, lacking right arm, lacking crescent moons, crack to base and back, minor losses to paint, head loose but attached.
