The stunning figure of the Immaculate Conception painted in red, blue, and cream, surmounted by an ivory mask with incised forehead for wig and pierced ears for ornaments, raised on a base with three large angles over a square foot. Hardwood. Albay Province. 18 3/4" h.
Condition: Lacking hair, lacking earrings lacking left hand, lacking right arm, lacking crescent moons, crack to base and back, minor losses to paint, head loose but attached.
