A beautiful antique velvet jewel box with gilt bronze mounts and a center medallion inset with a hand painted Court scene under glass. Lock mechanism Lasse Pas Je Des Panoramus 7 & 8 Paris. Condition very good but for fading of velvet. (Original color was probably a vivid red). Measures 2 1/2" tall by 12" wide and 9 1/4" deep.
