R LAKE ANTIQUE OIL PAINTING ON BOARD

Nice primitive landscape lake scene with windmill signed lower right R. Lake and dated 1894.
Condition : Good - some small areas of paint flakes, small spots of crazing, 1 1/2" scratch in upper right third of painting, wear along edges by frame.
Size : Framed: 21 3/8" wide by 15" tall. Painting: 18 1/2" wide by 12 3/8" tall.
