William Henry Hilliard (1836-1905) well listed American artist. Best known for landscapes and portraits, American and European. Old label on reverse "Mrs. Warren? Harris, Philadelphia PA" newer label lower right " Old Cafe at Tunis Algiers by W. H. Hilliard" Original metal stretchers, original ornate gilt carved wood and gesso frame with flowers and acanthus leaves.
Condition : Very good condition
