Western xico, Colima, c. 200 BC - 200 AD. A choice burnished red terracotta figure of a standing dog with his hollow tail standing upright, serving as a spout; his jaws are slightly open revealing his teeth. Intact, some minor abrading to the ears and spout. H: 5 1/4", L" 8".
