this very finely crafted toy creates a realistic version of a 16th century tower that was part of Nuremberg's walled defenses similar to the Outer Laufertor Tower which still stands on the city, the wooden blocks are precision cut and finely finished, the tower sits on a base in original box, the base collapses when the small door in tower is hit by a cannon ball shot from supplied printed wood cannon, a finely engraved image of the assembled tower is mounted on the inside box lid , box 17" x 15"

excellent to near mint (canon needs new elastic)
