This "Dr. H. Claude Hudson Medal of Freedom" was presented by the NAACP to Tito Jackson on July 6, 1984. The front of the medal is gold-toned and printed in blue and yellow ink with the logo of the NAACP; the reverse bears Tito's name and presentation details. Attached, a red, white, and blue grosgrain ribbon. Certificate included. Medal: 2, ribbon: 15
