Jeffords Co./Philadelphia City Pottery, shown in Lehner's Encyclopedia of U.S. Marks, p. 356, and in Marks of American Potters, by Edwin Atlee Barber, p. 32, dating it to between 1868 and 1915, 14". Age cracks, pitting and crazing.
