late 19th c., wide border is a deep Chinese red color w/raised gilt scrolled foliate design and finely worked floral reserves, central medallion in gilt stylized blue bells, underglaze stamp to the base "B & C Limoges France" and well asprinted in gold block letters "L. BERNARDAUD & CO LIMOGES" - 10 3/8"d - plates are in fine condition w/minimal wear
