This diverse collection contains copies of various contracts and documents pertaining to Sycamore Valley Ranch in Los Olivos California. When the estate was ultimately purchased by Michael Jackson he would fulfill his dream of creating a "Neverland." A "Counter Offer Real Estate Purchase Contract" states that Michael would pay $30,000,000 for the ranch. Excellent condition; documents showing signs of age.
