Ancient coin Koson Stater (c.50-40 B.C.) Minted under the authority of Brutus as Proconsul and Imperator. Obverse features the word "Koson" in Greek letters with three figures representing the Roman consul Brutus with two lictors. Reverse features eagle standing left on staff, wings open, raising wreath in left foot. 19mm diameter, weight of 8.5 grams.
