Swimm Boat Balsa Gun by Shepherd & Daniels 10'7" (8r) 1959 - This is an ultra rare Balsa gun shaped by Bob Shepherd. Shepherd made a limited amount of balsa and then foam boards in Hawaii in the later 50's. He tutored Dick Brewer on the art of shaping and then joined him in the early 60's under the Surfboards Hawaii label. This particular board features a beautiful foil and outline for its era. Solid balsa, yet relatively light. Fiberglass keel fin, Swimm Boat logo, all dings and dry rot have been replaced or repaired.
