Description:[8], 674 pp. With copper-engraved illustrations in the text. (folio) 16¼x10, later full niger, rebacked with matching leather, spine tooled in gilt, raised bands.
All of the plates and maps have been removed, but the important text remains, and the many engravings in the text.
