Three Door Victorian Bookcase

Three door Eastlake style bookcase with inset center section. Large solid rectangular panes of glass underneath friezes with incised flower decorations, over three locking drawers. Plinth style base with reeded decorations at outside edges. Adjustable shelves. Brass Eastlake style hardware. Paneled sides. Walnut and burl walnut on pine secondary wood. Machine cut dovetails. Descended in Susan West's family. Condition - finish, glass and hardware original. Crack to upper left side of the right hand section. Minor wear and scratching consistent with age. Back appears original with appropriate oxidation. Retains key. Dimensions - 72" height x 64 1/2" width x 15 1/4" depth. Late 19th century. Glen Leven estate.
