Sue Fuller (American, 1914 - ) color engraving titled "Bat", signed across lower margin "13/50 Bat Sue Fuller '48". Depicting black back on a purple/red, white, and black background. Condition - excellent condition except for back of top margin taped to cardboard matte. 11" x 14 image, 12 5/8" x 16 1/2" sheet of uncut paper. Circa 1948. Lot is accompanied with a String Compositions exhibition poster for Sue Fuller, Sept 18 - Oct. 7, 1961 at the Bertha Schaefer Gallery in NYC. Very good condition with two perpendicular creases. 17" x 22". Additional item included - Christmas/Happy New Year card from Sue Fuller. The 1960 card pictures String Composition 91 and contains a personal note from Sue Fuller to Conn West, "Conn! that spoon is out of this world! Loved it! Thanks so very much - Come see me this year - both you and Bob & Susan too - Always think of you with love Sue". Very good condition. Additional item - personal letter from Sue Fuller to Susan West on the death of her mother, Conn West. Very good condition. Glen Leven estate.
