Limoge desert plates, two different patterns. 1st pattern - set of eighteen Limoges hand painted desert plates and one oval platter. Twelve plates and platter marked L S & S, Limoges France. Six plates with mark of P&H Limoges, factory decorating mark. Condition - wear to gold on most pieces. Plates 7" diameter, 9" x 12" platter. 2nd item - Six matching Limoges dessert or salad plates with scalloped rims, marked WS in Wreath - Biarritz, "Limoges*France". According to Susan West's notes, inherited from her paternal grandmother, Susie Hunter West. Condition - some wear to gold, one plate chipped. 8" diameter. Circa 1900, France. Glen Leven estate.
