Artist Statement and Biography:  In researching the Packard brothers I found interesting the consequences that brought them to reach such fame.  My goal was to depict not only the magnificent automobiles, but to incorporate buildings and monuments in our community that bear their name.  On the wings of the goddess is a timeline of the Packard automobile.

 

Linda Clark is a native of Youngstown, Ohio, and has been painting in watercolor for over twenty years.  She received her BFA from Youngstown State University.  Currently she has a number of limited edition prints and original artwork as well as wall murals in local hospitals, businesses and private homes.  Presently Linda resides in Hubbard with her husband Dan and their two children.

The statue measurements are approximately 6 feet tall by 8 feet, 6 inches long. These are works of art and some statues are meant to be displayed out of the elements.
