14"1949-1951 HP "Nina Ballerina" doll. Margaret O'Brien face. Honey blonde floss type wig has not been combed out but slightly played with. Doll does not have high color and has over all surface soil. Original pink chiffon dress with gold rick rack trim is unmarked and faded/small stain on back of skirt. Chiffon petticoat is attached to tafetta pants (which have retained their color). Pink satin ballet shoes have discoloration/stains. White flowers at waist, shoulder and in hair. This is still a nice doll and could be freshened up.
