Richard Montgomery, Nov. 12, 1775 (Vol III, columns 1296-1297). ++ Letter from Col. Daniel Horrey to John L. Gervis, requesting the provision of salt to units under his command, followed by letter from Hugh Mercer to John Hancock, both June 15, 1775 (Vol VI, Cols 904-905). ++ Preliminary version of Virginia Declaration of Independence, June 7, 1776, as reported out to the full House of Burgesses (Vol VI, Cols 1700-1701).

Condition report

Bindings moderately worn and soiled, covers to three volumes bit warped, few joints starting, scattered foxing and some minor toning.
