1946 BAVARIAN FORM FOR NAZI JAIL INMATE

Original one page, two sided, form being sworn statement by one Edith Halke who was politically prosecuted and jailed by the Nazis. Form asks many questions including 'Have you ever been NSDAP member?' to which she emphatically says no. This is official 'Commissariat of State for Politically Prosecuted in Bavaria' form. First of this form we have ever seen. Filled out in pencil.
