Authentic, hand embroidered table cloth from the personal linen service of Adolf Hitler. Almost square 38"x41" of fine linen, decoration includes hand embroidered eagle, swastika & letters 'A' & 'H' in one corner. Brought to the United States by Capt. Donald H. Hobeck of the 1269th combat engineer battalion. He sent Hitler's silver service along with linen to his wife in Indiana in 1945. The collection was sold in 1978 by the famed Charles Hamilton Galleries. This was lot #172 January, 1978. Documentation from Charles Hamilton Galleries included.
