Aesthetic Movement Heter Bros. (attributed) Giltwood Sidechair with beautiful carved Lion Mask finials. Excellently rendered details and decoration on this piece. Some paint loss and general wear. Attributed to Herter Brothers, (w. 1864-1906) New York City, Circa 1874 29 in. high, 15 1/2 in. wide, 17 in. deep. Pictured in the "Herter Brothers Furniture & Interiors for a Gilded Age" book, illustrated in an interior of a California residence.
