Texas Size Cowboy Bulls Head Buckle Bolo

HUGE Western Cowboy Bulls Head Buckle and Bolo Set. HUGE Trophy size belt buckle with a giant bulls head on the front with 6 large turquoise cabochons and 4 coral cabochons. The bull has inlaid turquoise and coral nuggets. The buckle measures approx. 4 1/2 x 8 inches. This is for a very large man. It will accommodate a 3 inch belt loop, it is signed by the maker Van Thomas, there is a matching bolo in the shape of a bulls head that measures approx. 3 1/2 inches x 7 inches. The artist on these two pieces used solid brass from Taiwan, then Imposed his artwork of turquoise and coral nuggets on top of the brass head. The buckle is signed on the back by the artist, the bolo has sterling silver tips on a leather bolo strap. Very unusual piece. SHI $20.
