OHIO CLAY DOG WITH UNUSUAL GLAZE. Cobalt sponging with a rich violet blue running glaze over grey. Spaniel with molded features, freestanding front legs and platform base. The base has a firing separation on the underside and an edge chip on the back with a minor hairline. Attributed to Houghton & Co. of Dalton. 10 1/2"h.
