CHILD SIZE CURLY MAPLE CHEST. A well crafted reproduction with good curl and a mellow brown finish. Poplar secondary wood. Turned and tapered feet. Five drawers are dovetailed and graduated and have wooden pulls. One-board top. Inset panels on the ends with mortise and peg construction. Some interior areas of the chest are darkened from fire (mostly the interior bottoms of the drawers) and occurred before the chest was made. 22"w. 11 5/8"d. 24 3/4"h.
