PAIR OF IMPRESSIVE SATSUMA VASES WITH ORMOLU MOUNTS. Finely hand painted scenes of an emperor and empress surrounded by servants. The scenes are the same on one side except in reverse, other sides vary using the same people. Ormolu facing winged griffin handles and embossed bases. Hairline on one and originally had lids. 34"h.
