RARE STAMPS WITH ENVELOPES. Three stamps from Great Britain. An 1840 black "one penny" postage stamp and two 1841 red/brown "one penny" stamps. The last two are canceled. Also included is an envelope, 3 1/2" x 5 1/4", with an engraving by "W. Mulready, R.A." depicting the trading empire of Great Britain and a letter dated May 6, 1840, explaining the picture. The letter and envelope are glued to tissue paper.
