EARLY SIX-BOARD BLANKET CHEST IN ORIGINAL RED PAINT. Pine with bracket feet and scalloped returns. Rose head nail construction. Interior covered till with an open slot below. Molded lid. Nailed split on one front foot and nailed breaks at one back corner. Hinges are replaced and a section of the till lid is missing. Good color. 56"w. 18"d. 23 1/2"h.
