EARLY LOW BACK WINDSOR ARMCHAIR. Old red paint over earlier colors. Baluster and ring turned legs and arm supports with stretcher base and a "D" shaped seat. Incised molding on the seat around the spindles. Serpentine arms with medallion handholds. Used as a potty chair at one time and has an octagonal piece fitted into the seat. Old restoration to one leg ,one side stretcher and to the ends of crest rail. Seat 16 1/2"h. 29 1/4"h.
