Steve Finlay, lot of two Dick Tracy illustrations, one each of Mr. Pruneface and Mrs. Pruneface, 1991, each measures 12"x9 1/2". about these pieces for you. Steven Finlay is a local independent comic artist in Miami. The owner of Tropic Comics commissioned him to do these pieces back in 1991 when he was collecting Dick Tracy items.
