Quarter plate daguerreotype of a young black couple. He is in a Union Army private's uniform holding a very long gun with a bayonet. Identified as Private Moses Keepson, Company F, Kentucky 108th Infantry, posing with his wife, who is dressed in a full black skirt, pelisse, and bonnet. Housed in a black Union Case, "Lady at Harpsichord with Two Male Singers" and engraved gold fillet mat, pale maroon velvet pad. 2 1/2 x 3 1/4
