This ORIGINAL Drawing of the C.S.S. VIRGINIA was done by JOSEPH HINDS, a noted Naval Illustrator and Researcher. This drawing is ALL HAND DRAWN and the media used was: Gouache-Airbrush, Watercolor, and Ink Handbrush. The wooden frame was done according to the Archival Standards of the Library of Congress. This ORIGINAL Drawing measuring 48" x 20", was completed in 2001 after 2 years of research, and I have the 'Agreement of Original Transfer of Work of Art' that will accompany the drawing upon completetion of the sale. This Drawing of the U.S.S. MERRIMACK has recently been on exhibit at the Hampton NAVAL MUSEUM
