Walt Carpenter 8 1/2' "Maine Canoe" Trout Rod. This 3/2 rod appears to be almost unused, only very slight wear on the insides of the guides. Brown wraps with black tipping, a screw down locking reel seat with fancy walnut spacer, medium flamed cane and blued ferrules. All sections are full and straight. Carpenter marked it as made in 1982 and #821586 M.C. Complete with the original red cloth bag and labeled tube.
