Vintage Melody King Tenor Banjo,
ca.1930s or later, an elaborate production with carved mahogany neck, foliate mother-of-pearl inlay on fingerboard, pearloid peghead plate with engraved logo, early Grover tuners, ivoroid medallion showing Mercury on back of peghead,similar decoration on back and sides of mahogany resonator, with soft shell case. - Small split on pot, scratches to resonator, inlay loss to one fingerboard scroll. Overall good condition.
