EARLY CHERRY INLAID HEPPLEWHITE CHEST

Ca. 1800, having four graduated drawers with maple and walnut checker inlay, cut quarter columns resting on a French Hepplewhite foot. Poplar secondary wood. Refinished with a fine older mellow finish. Minor patch to one of the original feet, slight crack to one side, otherwise all original in fine condition. Found in Kentucky. A great size inlaid chest. 38" h x 40" w x 20" d. EST. $2000. - $4000.
